A stylish and modern apartment located on the Pauanui Waterways which will accommodate up to 10 people.
Features include an east facing patio for morning to midday sunshine, with a west facing walled courtyard for all day sun and privacy, access to a large boat ramp which is for use by apartment residents only. The pontoon may be made available upon request and this would incur an additional fee.
Some sporting gear is available including Kayaks, Tennis Racquets, Volley Ball and bikes for getting around.
Accommodation
This superb 3 bedroom + bunkroom apartment will accommodate 2 couples plus 6 children in the beds provided. A cot is also available if required.
Teenagers have their own space with 4 bunks in the bunkroom and their own access via French doors opening onto a walled courtyard.
The upstairs super-king size room enjoys it’s own water facing balcony, and shares the main bathroom with another twin room while the downstairs king size room has it’s own ensuite and opens out directly onto the patio facing the water. A separate toilet is also available downstairs for daytime / visitors use.
Each of the tiled bathrooms enjoy under floor heating and heated towel rails. Furnishings are modern and comfortable. Heating to the main area is by way of a wall mounted fan heater which is very effective and makes for a cosy winter hideaway including a romantic wood fire.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the crockery & cutlery required to make this an easy place to visit. However, no pantry items are supplied.
All linen is supplied (sheets, towels etc) along with washing machine & dryer.
It is expected that the occupants will leave the property cleaned and with fresh linen on all the beds. An optional departure cleaning service is available on request at an additional charge.
An extensive CD collection is available for your enjoyment along with a selection of board games for those not so perfect days. Sky TV is also available.
